Join Heli-One as Measuring Technician

Heli-One Norway is seeking a motivated and quality-focused Measuring Technician to join our team at Sola.

Primary Accountability

The Measuring Technician is responsible for carry out measuring, for all of Heli-One`s supporting workshops, daily maintenance and weekly calibration of the 3D measuring machine.

Responsibilities

• Primarily work is to measure aircraft components using CMM and Quindos 7 software.

• Responsible for updating and maintaining Quindos 7 software.

• Responsible for the administrative tasks such as control/update of the computer and adjust measuring program new limits, and new measurement areas according to new revisions.

• May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Attributes

• Relevant education or relevant experience within metrology and programing CMM machines is required

• General knowledge of CMM metrical systems. Preferred Quindos 7 software experience or similar type of programing.

• Understand Technical drawings, dimensioning and tolerances.

• English and Norwegian language
