Project Manager for customer projects

Main responsibilities:

• Manage assigned projects from contract award through successful completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Execute projects in accordance with contractual scope while identifying opportunities for variation orders and additional services.

• Apply established project management processes, tools, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and forecasts.

• Coordinate project activities across functions to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable project delivery.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and proactively escalate issues when required.

• Ensure contractual, commercial, and legal requirements are understood and appropriately addressed during project execution.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to lessons learned activities.

  Requirements

• Technical, commercial, or business/finance degree

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in project management, operations, engineering, or service delivery.

• Demonstrates strong commercial awareness and financial understanding, including cost control and project profitability.

• Excellent planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Customer-focused and able to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Possesses strong communication skills and is fluent in English.

• Enjoys working collaboratively across functions and driving projects from initial customer engagement through successful completion.
