Principal HVAC Engineer

Head Energy is looking for a skilled/experienced Principal HVAC Engineer
Pnr: 6001380

As a HVAC Engineer you will to provide technical expertise within the area of HVAC equipment and systems, have tasks within the HVAC, and you will have the opportunity to work with operated assets, support projects and contribute to increasing the expertise within the team.

Job Description:

• An active member of the portfolio Engineering Team working towards Company's operated assets
• Act as portfolio-level technical expert for integrity within HVAC
• Support Asset Operations Teams with complex integrity issues
• Ensure consistent application of integrity standards, barrier management, and risk controls across assets
• Identify portfolio-wide integrity improvement opportunities
• Maintain alignment with regulatory and internal integrity requirements (incl. holistic deviation follow-up)

• Identify and drive safety, environmental and financial improvement opportunities

Qualifications:

• Relevant Bachelor or Master's degree within Engineering
• Relevant industry experience.
• Be able to communicate in both English and Norwegian

• Proactive and have a can do attitude
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing work priorities
• Strong team player, but also able to work independently
