What will you be doing in this role?

As an AI Development Software Engineer you will play a key role in transforming how software is developed across our organization using modern AI-assisted engineering practices.

You will use AI coding assistants, agents, automated testing support, documentation generation and modern development tools as a core part of your engineering workflow to significantly accelerate delivery, improve quality, and enable faster innovation.

This role is not an ML research or data scientist role primarily about building AI-based products. Instead, it is about using AI to step-change how software is engineered, enabling faster delivery of both internal tools and customer-facing solutions.

You will:

·         Build internal tools and customer-facing solutions using AI-assisted coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.

·         Design and implement reusable workflows, templates, automation, and development frameworks that enable faster software delivery.

·         Apply rapid, iterative, user-focused software development practices.

·         Utilize AI-based testing, validation, and quality assurance approaches to maintain high engineering standards while increasing delivery speed.

·         Identify and implement opportunities to reduce development effort and cycle time through automation and AI.

·         Turn emerging AI capabilities into practical improvements in developer productivity and engineering effectiveness.

·         Support colleagues in adopting AI-first software development practices through coaching, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

·         Evaluate new AI development tools and help establish best practices for their use within engineering teams.

We also think it is important that you have the following qualifications:

·    Experience developing and delivering production-quality software.

·    Experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar technologies.

·    Experience with software engineering practices such as testing, version control, code reviews, and continuous integration.

·    Ability to demonstrate how AI-assisted development has improved software delivery, quality, productivity, or developer experience.
