Our cost-effective solutions span both air-to-ground and air-to-air (interceptor) domains, addressing the full spectrum of modern battlefield needs.
As we continue expanding our R&D capabilities, we are looking for a Integration Engineer who will play a key role in integrating hardware components into complete UAV platforms, solving complex technical challenges, and supporting the development of next-generation unmanned systems.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve technical issues arising during UAV development and integration.
Integrate individual hardware modules into complete UAV platforms, including electronics, radio modules, sensors, autopilots, power systems, and payloads.
Collaborate with the Procurement team to evaluate components, analyze suppliers, identify optimal solutions, and validate alternative parts.
Develop engineering solutions to improve product functionality, stability, and overall system reliability.
Define technical requirements for new prototypes, verify compliance, and coordinate validation and testing activities.
Analyze test results, flight logs, system failures, and technical issues, providing recommendations for hardware and software improvements.
Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, integration diagrams, engineering specifications, and assembly instructions.
Participate in strategic planning and continuous development of the company's product portfolio.
Requirements
Strong understanding of electronics, radio communication systems, data transmission technologies, power systems, motors, ESCs, and embedded hardware.
Hands-on experience working with engineering prototypes and R&D projects, including development, integration, testing, and optimization.
Ability to read and understand technical documentation, datasheets, and engineering specifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systematic engineering approach.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with R&D, Procurement, Production, and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
Nice to Have
Experience working with UAV systems, including component integration, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
Ability to create and modify electrical schematics and technical drawings.
Experience analyzing flight logs and identifying the root causes of technical failures.
Familiarity with UAV communication protocols, autopilot systems, or embedded platforms.
We Offer
Opportunity to work with cutting-edge autonomous FPV drone technologies used in modern defense environments
Direct collaboration with highly skilled R&D, engineering, and production teams across Ukraine and Latvia
