Open Positions

Bartender (Experience Required)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages.

• Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

• Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked.

• Monitor guests and ensure efficient, friendly service.

• Follow all alcohol service regulations and company procedures.

• Handle payments and cash transactions accurately.

Waiter/Waitress (Experience Required)

Responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.

• Welcome guests and escort reservations to their tables.

• Provide attentive table service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit.

• Maintain clear communication between the kitchen, bar, and guests.

• Process payments accurately using the POS system.

Barback / Runner / Wardrobe

Responsibilities:

• Support bartenders and servers throughout service.

• Restock beverages, glassware, ice, and other supplies.

• Collect and clear glasses and maintain cleanliness throughout the venue.

• Assist with food and drink delivery when required.

• Welcome guests at the wardrobe and ensure coats and personal belongings are handled safely.

• Help maintain a clean, organised, and efficient working environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-energy environment while remaining calm under pressure.

• A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.

• Strong communication skills with both guests and colleagues.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage (required for Bartender and Waiter/Waitress positions).

Age Requirements

• 23 years or older for Bartender, Waiter/Waitress, and positions.

• 20 years or older for Barback, Runner and Wardrobe positions
