Electrical Technician / Tavlebygger

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, mount, and wire industrial control components including PLCs, VFDs, relays, transformers, circuit breakers, and motor controls.
• Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and as-built documentation to ensure accurate assembly.
• Execute proper cable routing, binding, labeling, and organization within panels.
• Conduct functional tests, continuity checks, and inspection of components.
• Ensure installation and testing comply with ATEX/IECEx standards and any other applicable safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of workplace safety, adhering to PPE, lockout/tagout, and ESD protocols.

Qualification and Skills:

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or technical certification in electrical & electronics, or industrial controls and automation is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in electrical panel assembly and industrial wiring.
• Ability to read and implement complex technical schematics.
• Manual dexterity with hand tools and light machinery.
• Knowledge of Ex i (Intrinsic safety) circuit installation method.
• Knowledge of ATEX/IECEx standards
