Operations Support Agent Associate

Key responsibilities:

  • Sort and allocate premium and distance deliveries.
  • Check and investigate (if required) failed deliveries / collections. Prioritize and re-allocate any failed deliveries for the next day delivery.
  • Input data into our in-house tracking system.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication / collaboration with the team / manager and other depots.
  • Follow FedEx processes, procedures and controls as well as external regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support to your supervisor and team members as required within the location.
