As a Logistics Trainee/Coordinator, you will gain hands-on experience in international logistics while helping ensure the efficient flow of raw materials and finished products across our global supply chain. Key responsibilities

As a Logistics Trainee/Coordinator, you will:

• Coordinate transportation and deliveries of raw materials and finished products

• Follow up on orders, deliveries, and logistics-related deviations

• Work closely with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams

• Assist with documentation related to import and export activities

• Learn and work with logistics and ERP systems

• Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of our logistics solutions

• You will receive comprehensive training and support from experienced colleagues, allowing you to gradually build your skills and knowledge in the role

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• Is a recent graduate or has up to 1–2 years of relevant experience

• Is well organized and detail-oriented

• Has strong collaboration skills and enjoys working as part of a team

• Is curious, eager to learn, and proactive

• You thrive in a role that involves coordinating multiple tasks and can maintain an overview even during busy periods.

• Fluent in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken
