Ready to be the link between technology and the customer?
From prospect to project — you make it happen.
At Scanship, we're turning environmental challenges into maritime solutions. Wastewater purification, waste conversion, cleaner seas. This is technology that matters. Our solutions earn the next contract. Your job is to make sure there's always a next one.
We're looking for a Project Developer who thrives in the space between technical depth and commercial momentum; someone who can read a yard specification, walk a cruise ship, and build the kind of customer relationships that last well beyond a signed contract.
What you will do, own and deliver
Drive the full sales process for maritime solutions, from initial customer meetings to project handover to engineering.
Review and interpret technical specifications and translate them into compelling offers and documentation.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on yard and owner requirements.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with shipyards, owners and key stakeholders.
Collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and shared learnings.
Participate in onboard inspections of cruise ships as required.
Represent Scanship at industry events and conferences, actively promoting our systems and solutions.
Monitor market trends and proactively identify new opportunities for growth.
What you bring
Engineering degree or equivalent background in a relevant field.
Exposure to process engineering is an advantage.
Early experience or strong interest in project development, sales or execution within the cruise or maritime industry.
Ability to plan, prioritize and drive tasks to completion.
Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build trust with customers and colleagues alike.
Comfortable working across disciplines and interfacing with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
Your profile
You take ownership and see things through, from first contact to handover to engineering.
Proactive and organized, but flexible enough to adapt when the project demands it.
Genuinely motivated by sustainable technology and the opportunity to make a difference.
The kind of person who leaves meetings with a plan, not just good intentions.
What we offer
A key commercial role in a growing technology company with a clear environmental mission.
Varied, meaningful work alongside skilled and friendly colleagues.
Real development opportunities in a professionally strong environment.
Be part of a company shaping a cleaner, more sustainable future.
