Head of Channel Partner Operations
Appear is an international technology company experiencing strong global growth. We are now looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Head of Channel Partner Operations to build and scale our global Channel Partner Programme (CPP).
This is a unique opportunity to create and lead a business-critical function that will become a key growth engine for the company. You will play a central role in shaping how Appear develops, enables, and scales indirect sales globally through a structured and high-performing partner ecosystem.
About the role
As Head of Channel Partner Operations, you will own the global Channel Partner Programme from a headquarters perspective. You will be responsible for defining the operating model, governance framework, processes, tools, and partner enablement capabilities that allow the programme to scale across regions.
The role combines strategic architecture with hands-on execution and requires close collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and senior leadership.
This is a highly visible position with direct exposure to executive leadership and a clear mandate to build one of Appear’s most important future growth platforms.
Key responsibilities include
Owning and evolving Appear’s global Channel Partner Programme
Driving cross-functional alignment across commercial, technical, operational, and support functions
Establishing scalable processes for partner onboarding, enablement, certification, and performance management
Building and improving the systems, tools, and platforms supporting the programme, including partner portal, deal registration, and certification capabilities
Creating governance structures, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics for programme success
Driving continuous improvement and long-term programme evolution

Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who combines operational excellence with strong business acumen and the ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives.
You likely have:
Experience building, scaling, or operating channel partner programmes in a B2B technology environment
Strong programme or operations management experience
Experience working with indirect sales models and partner ecosystems
Proven ability to establish governance frameworks and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders
Experience managing partner journeys, from qualification and onboarding to activation and performance management
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience from the technology industry is highly valued.
