As a Junior Analyst, you will support the investment team in its decision-making processes, with a focus on long-term industrial ownership and value creation.

You will work closely with experienced investors and senior decision-makers, gaining broad exposure to a diverse range of sectors and companies -both in Norway and internationally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Financial modelling and quantitative analysis of companies and investment opportunities
• Financial statement analysis and assessment of financial position and profitability
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks
• Preparing investment presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Monitoring portfolio companies and relevant capital markets
• Supporting due diligence processes in connection with new investments

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, industrial economics, or a related field
• Final-year student completing their degree in spring 2026, student with up to one year remaining, or recent graduate with a strong academic track record
• Strong Excel skills and a solid quantitative approach; experience with financial modelling is required
• Genuine interest in capital markets, long-term value creation, and industrial ownership
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver quality under time pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Familiarity with financial tools such as Bloomberg, FactSet, and advanced Excel
• High work capacity and a strong drive to deliver results
• Analytical mindset combined with the ability to see the bigger picture in complex situations
• Self-motivated, structured, and with strong prioritisation skills
