Account Manager Wanted for Norwegian Market Growth
We are now looking for an Account Manager to further develop our growing business in the Norwegian market. The position is to start with a fixed-term substitute for parental leave. The Account Manager (AM) will be responsible of managing a number of customers as well as supporting the growth strategy by identifying new customers in Norway. The role holder will create and maintain relationships with a portfolio of accounts and will generate sales through joint business planning. The person will be working as a member of the Nordic Sales Team and based in Norway (hybrid within Norway).

Main responsibilities:
Creating new business by identifying, contacting, and negotiating with new prospects
Developing a solid and trusting relationship between defined customers and the company
Maximizing sales and contributing within the agreed budget to reach the set objectives
Helping the customers to grow by managing customer-tailored product projects
Collaborating with all relevant internal functions: Design, Planning, Purchasing and Production
Planning, estimating, and presenting reports on account progress
Budgeting and strategic planning together with customers (joint business planning)
Collaborating with Nordics Sales team to enhance common way of working and team spirit in the region
Requirements for the role:
3 to 5+ years of experience of equal position, experience in packaging or FMCG sector is beneficial
Education: Commercial Degree or equivalent qualification
Proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth against agreed targets, both in developing accounts and winning new business
Excellent verbal and written skills in both Norwegian and English
Ability to work in independently, structured, and systematic manner, with clear plans and options
Ability to lead and understand numbers, good business acumen
Self -motivated and self- directed
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
To succeed in the role, you need to be a goal-oriented and organized team player.
