Join Our Team as a Warehouser in Stavanger

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouser to join our NOV Digital Services | Downhole Broadband Solutions Supply Chain team in Stavanger.

This hands-on role supports daily operations and project execution through both physical handling and digital inventory tracking.

As a key member of our logistics function, you will help ensure efficiency, accuracy, and continuity in NOV’s delivery of downhole technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming assets and inventory

• Prepare and process loadouts and backloads for projects

• Maintain accurate asset and inventory location records

• Perform monthly inventory and asset counts

• Ensure organized warehouse storage and cleanliness

• Provide logistical support to the Service Center group

• Update ERP systems (JDE and Track A Tool) with inventory movements and project data

• Perform hands-on warehouse operations including forklift driving, loading/offloading, and handling heavy equipment and materials

• Collaborate daily with warehouse, workshop, asset coordination, and supply chain teams to ensure efficient operational flow

Qualifications & Skills

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or similar roles

• Forklift Certificate

• Class B Driver’s License

• Proficiency in both Norwegian and English (spoken and written)

• Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably JDE and Track A Tool

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word)

• Experience working with operational systems where physical inventory movements must be accurately reflected in ERP systems

Desired Qualifications:

• Overhead Crane Certification

• Packing/Strapping Course

• Experience in oilfield services or technology logistics

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail and process discipline

• Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and proactively manage daily operational priorities

• Comfortable communicating across departments and working closely with colleagues in a collaborative environment

• Ability to adapt in a dynamic, project-driven environment
