Experienced CRM Architect ready to shape Salesforce in a growing global business?
Are you an experienced CRM architect who wants to shape how a growing international business uses Salesforce to drive smarter commercial decisions and better customer experiences? We are looking for a Group CRM Solutions Architect to play a central role in defining and evolving our CRM landscape across the group.

As our business grows, so does the need for scalable, well-governed CRM solutions that support commercial teams across markets. In this role, you will lead the design and evolution of our Salesforce architecture, translating business needs into practical, secure and scalable solutions. You will work closely with the Group Head of Growth Operations & Commercial Systems, CRM stakeholders and IT teams to ensure our CRM platform supports both day-to-day execution and long-term strategic goals.
What you will do:
Own and evolve the Salesforce CRM architecture, including data model, workflows, integrations, user experience and scalability.
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to turn requirements into clear solution designs.
Provide architectural guidance to internal teams and external partners.
Define and oversee CRM integrations with other systems, ensuring reliability and security.
Support releases, enhancements and continuous improvement across the CRM platform.
Drive performance, governance and security best practices, ensuring the platform remains efficient, compliant and fit for purpose.
Monitor Salesforce and CRM developments to improve capability, adoption and business value.
What we're looking for:
Experience in architecting CRM solutions, ideally in Salesforce; HubSpot is a plus.
Hands-on experience with integrations, APIs and connected business platforms.
Strong understanding of CRM data models, governance and solution design.
Ability to turn business needs and customer journeys into practical solutions.
Experience leading or supporting CRM implementation and change in complex organisations.
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A pragmatic, collaborative approach with strong problem solving and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English, and preferably also in Norwegian.

This position will report to the Group Head of Growth Operations & Commercial Systems.
The role is based in Oslo, or at nearby locations depending on your preference. Some travel should be expected during certain periods. For the right candidate, we are happy to adapt the role and working conditions to individual needs.
