Join us as a Project Manager

As a Project Manager within our Maritime Business Unit you have responsibility for a successful project execution and manage all related internal resources with respect and passion. You plan and execute deliveries of equipment, documentation and certificates on new build and retrofit projects, on land and cruise ships worldwide. You are the customers main contact during project execution.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a strong customer relationship

• Take responsibility for a successful project execution and active management of all internal resources

• Plan and coordinate internal and external resources to effectively deliver in compliance with customers specifications and expectations

• Coordinate and follow up budget, prognoses and plans in collaboration with internal resources

• Identify and act on opportunities to reduce project costs without compromising quality or scope

• Handle change orders, and support claims and non-conformities

• Plan and follow up deliveries, start-up, and commissioning of projects

• Follow up the technical and commissioning teams through the relevant project phases

• Follow up invoicing schedule

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (mechanical, process, or related technical field)

• Solid technical foundation with the ability to understand construction processes and engineering deliverables

• First experience contributing to or coordinating projects, formal project management experience is an advantage but not required

• Exposure to complex, multi stakeholder environments such as maritime, process, energy, or other technically demanding industries is valued, but a strong technical background from adjacent sectors is equally welcome

• Good collaboration skills towards colleagues, customers and collaborating partners

• Fluent English written and oral
