We are now looking for two Senior Process Engineers to join our teams in Bergen, Sandsli or Oslo, Lysaker contributing to the development and delivery of market-leading subsea multiphase pumping and compression systems.
About the Role
As a Senior Process Engineer, you will work with advanced subsea technologies in a multidisciplinary environment, supporting product development, sales and project execution across the full lifecycle of subsea systems.
We are recruiting for two closely connected technical areas, each with a distinct focus:
Senior Process Engineer Subsea Processing Systems
This area focuses on the overall functionality, operability, and integrity of subsea processing systems, ensuring safe and reliable performance under real operating conditions.
Key responsibilities include
System level process design and simulations
Flow assurance, operability, and process safety
Development of process documentation (PFDs, P&IDs, procedures)
Support to testing, operations, and field follow-ups
Development and maintenance of advanced analysis tools, methods and standards
Close collaboration with other disciplines and project teams
Preferred experience: Microstation, PVTsim, ANSYS, MATLAB, FloMaster, OLGA, Pipesim, HYSYS Dynamics, UniSim, GAP, VBA
Senior Fluid Dynamics Engineer
This area focuses on the physical performance of pumps and compressors, with emphasis on hydraulic, thermodynamic, and aerodynamic behavior.
Key responsibilities include:
Performance analysis, design and optimization of rotating equipment
Component and system modeling, utilizing in-house tools and commercial software
Support to design verification, performance and system testing
Development of advanced analysis tools and methods
Contribution to technology development of low-carbon solutions
Preferred experience: Proficiency in one programming language like (MATLAB, Python, VBA, Fortran, C#) and simulation tools such as ANSYS, Simcenter, Concepts NREC, CFturbo, Dyrobes, PVTsim, HYSYS Dynamics
We are looking for someone who

Has at least 5 years of relevant professional experience

Is positive, motivated, and eager to learn and grow
