Warehouse Coordinator – Sotra Link Project (Bergen)

Do you have strong organizational skills and enjoy working in a structured environment? We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in the Sotra Link project in Bergen.

In this role, you will be responsible for warehouse operations and logistics, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. You will also support the coordination of deliveries and contribute to efficient project logistics.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing goods
• Maintain accurate inventory and perform regular stock checks
• Follow up on deliveries and purchase orders
• Coordinate logistics and material flow within the project
• Ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained
• Contribute to improving warehouse processes and efficiency
• Support logistics operations in the project

Qualifications:

Required:

• Forklift license (T1–T4) and valid driver’s license (Class B)
• Experience in warehouse/logistics roles
• Strong organizational skills and structured work approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Fluency in Norwegian and English (written and spoken)
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to perform physical work
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

SICE will be responsible for the delivery, installation, and commissioning of technical systems such as lighting, ventilation, traffic systems, control, and communications.
