Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years' experience in ServiceNow presales.

Strong experience designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Solid understanding of enterprise service management and digital workflow concepts
-
Ability to communicate complex technical solutions in clear business terms to both technical and executive stakeholders.

Knowledge of ServiceNow Managed Service Provider (MSP) model.

Experience with ServiceNow AI innovations, Licensing models
-
Proven stakeholder management and consultative selling mindset

ServiceNow certified along with pre-sales accreditations
-
Drive successful deal closure through strong solution fit and value articulation.

Enable scalable, future-ready ServiceNow architectures.

Build long-term customer trust as a strategic and technical advisor.

Excellent communication skills, with tenacious mindset

Good organizational and people skills to communicate with business stakeholders.

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

Willingness to travel, as necessary.

Proficiency in English and Norwegian.
Key Responsibilities
-
Partner with sales and TCS Internal teams to support pre-sales activities, including discovery workshops, offering and solution positioning, and executive-level presentations.

Develop solutions to address business problems using proven methods, tools including validating solution with cross technology SMEs as applicable.

Design high-level and detailed architectures across ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps)

Work effectively with geographically diverse teams (offshore) to deliver timely responses to clients and TCS teams.

Provide product demos and support proof of concepts as required.

Interfacing implementation teams, explaining customer requirements, to ensure a successful transition from the sale phase to the delivery phase.

Develop and share reusable assets that can be readily applied to new opportunities.

Lead solution demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical validations to articulate business value and ROI.

Ensure proposed solutions align with ServiceNow best practices, reference architectures, and enterprise standards.

Collaborate with delivery, implementation, and partner teams to ensure continuity from sale to execution.

Function as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow platform functional capabilities, integrations, and roadmap innovations.
