Roles and Responsibilities 

Join Innovasea, a world leader in aquaculture technology, as a Customer Success Associate focused on the Scandinavian market. Reporting to the Customer Success and Quality Manager in Norway, you will be responsible for executing our Customer Success strategy, building strong customer relationships, and executing customer success objectives for our Aquaculture Intelligence customers. This involves frequent follow-up meetings, training and on-boarding, first-line support and identifying sales opportunities. We are working pro-actively to ensure high data integrity and success with our products. Collaborate with our sales, technical, marketing and development teams to help customers achieve their goals. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Handle customer onboarding, training, and first-line support inquiries.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through frequent follow-up meetings, identifying specific unmet needs and new opportunities.

  • Resolve client challenges by investigating issues, developing solutions, and making recommendations.

  • Provide feedback to Product Management on equipment performance and features.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Technical teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

  • Perform needs analysis of existing clients to meet their needs.

  • Occasional travel to client locations for meetings, training sessions and assistance with equipment deployment.

  • Contribute to evolve our existing proactive Customer Succes strategy

 

What We’re Looking For

  • A service-minded person with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and support.

  • The ideal candidate is proactive, curious and structured.

  • Experience with Customer Succes/sales and support - including teaching or training.

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.

  • Good writing, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in English. The candidate must have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Fluency in Norwegian. The candidate must be able to speak and write fluently in Norwegian.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.

 

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred. However, relevant experience and the right personality can compensate for the lack of formal education for the ideal candidate.

  • Knowledge of aquaculture.
