Warehouse and Logistics Lead

Do you want to take ownership of warehouse and logistics operations in a growing technology company? At 4Subsea, we are looking for a structured and quality-conscious Warehouse and Logistics Lead who will play a key role in our operational delivery. Quality is essential to us – both in technology and in execution. We are now seeking someone who takes responsibility, works accurately, and thrives on creating structure and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operation and organization of the warehouse and workshop

• Receiving inspection, registration, and organization of goods

• Loading and unloading, picking and packing

• Ordering domestic transport services

• Picking parts for production

• Ensuring that incoming and outgoing goods are correctly registered in the ERP system

• Managing and purchasing inventory for the warehouse

• Ensuring compliance with HSE requirements and procedures

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, and parts handling is an advantage

• Strong IT skills (ERP systems, logistics tools)

• Experience with structured work processes and process development

• Technical understanding and interest in technical equipment

• Forklift certificate is an advantage, but not a requirement

• Emphasis will be placed on personal suitability
