Repair Coordinator – NOV Repair Søgne
NOV Repair Søgne søker en strukturert og engasjert Repair Coordinator som ønsker å bli en del av vårt team.
Som Repair Coordinator vil du jobbe tett sammen med kollegaer innen Innkjøp, Dokumentasjon og Teknisk avdeling. Rollen er sentral i våre reparasjonsprosesser og innebærer koordinering av aktiviteter, god samhandling mellom avdelinger og støtte til effektiv gjennomføring av reparasjonsoppdrag.
Arbeidsoppgaver
• Ordrebehandling av deler
• Mottak og registrering av kundeordre
• Opprettelse av kundeordre og innkjøpsordre (PO)
• Oppfølging av leverandører
• Utarbeidelse og vedlikehold av dokumentasjon
• Oppfølging og støtte til prosjektorganisasjonen
Kvalifikasjoner og personlige egenskaper
• Erfaring med bruk av Microsoft Office-pakken
• Erfaring med logistikk eller innkjøp vil være en fordel
• Strukturert og godt organisert
• Komfortabel med både selvstendig arbeid og teamarbeid
• Trives i et til tider hektisk arbeidsmiljø
• Gode ferdigheter i norsk og engelsk, både muntlig og skriftlig
• Erfaring med Glovia er en fordel
• Høyt fokus på HMS
