This role will be central in building and expanding BI and analytics capabilities across the organization.

The Position Introduction
You will join the BI and Analytics team in Digital Innovation & IT, working with data ingestion, structuring, and modeling from various source systems. You will build high-quality datasets for analysis and reporting using tools such as Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. The role includes close collaboration with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders, as well as contributing to strategic technology development
Duties and responsibilities
We are looking for a person who will act as the interface between IT and the business, managing BI & Analytics initiatives where data solutions are implemented, upgraded, improved, or integrated. You will oversee analytics‑platform and reporting‑focused deliveries from initial assessment and requirements through implementation—covering data ingestion, structuring, modeling, and publishing high‑quality datasets and dashboards—while securing smooth transitions into IT operations. In this role, you will coordinate stakeholders and partners to ensure consistent, governed solutions that support strategic, tactical, and operational decision‑making across the organization.
- Data governance, data quality, and security

Qualifications
- Experience with data warehouses, analytics, and data platforms (SQL)
- Strong understanding of databases and data modeling
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- Professional communication skills in English
Desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
- Knowledge of PRINCE2 methodology.
- Project management experience (advantage)
- Experience with ITIL and IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Professional communication skills in a Scandinavian language
