You'll work at the heart of a modern IT landscape alongside cybersecurity specialists, developers, UX designers, and tech leads in a highly professional IT department.
As our IT support specialist, you will support colleagues across the entire value chain and collaborate closely with Data & Analytics, Commercial, Finance, Customer Care, and more. We guarantee responsibility, fun and never a boring moment!
Together with our operations team you will be the frontline problem solver who keeps the business moving, no task too small, no challenge too big.
We're looking for someone with a positive mindset, a true can-do attitude and strong service focus. We're growing fast, and while you'll own first-line support from day one, there's clear room to participate in exciting projects and develop your toolbox.
What you will be responsible for

Be the go-to expert and first point of contact for all internal IT support across channels.

Deliver hands-on 1st line support across hardware, software, user accounts, workplace tools, meeting room tech and basic networking.

Troubleshoot confidently, resolve issues efficiently, always ensuring a smooth user experience.

Own incident handling in our ticketing system and drive structured, high-quality support processes.

Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding while contributing to documentation and continuous improvement of our support setup.
What You Bring:
-
Proven experience in 1st line IT support, helpdesk, or a similar internal support role.

Comfortable owning tickets in a system like Jira (or equivalent) and confident troubleshooting across Microsoft 365.

Excellent communication skills in English; additional Scandinavian languages are a plus.

Service obsessed, structured in your approach, and relentless about finding the right solution.

A positive, proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, you don't wait, you solve!
