Join XXL as our new AD Creative Producer!
We’re looking for a hands-on AD Creative Producer to plan, manage, and produce high-quality marketing assets across digital and in-store channels.
This is a hybrid role at the intersection of creative production, design, and operations. You will take ownership of the full production process – from briefing and planning to execution and delivery – ensuring that what goes live is on-brand, high quality, and delivered on time.
This role is ideal for someone who is a strong creative generalist, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and enjoys bringing structure and clarity to complex production work.
XXL is entering a new phase with Frasers Group as our new owners. This is a unique opportunity to join a company in transformation and help shape how creative production is planned and executed across multiple markets.
What you will doPlan, coordinate, and manage the end-to-end creative production pipeline across campaigns, channels, and markets
Act as a hybrid between project manager and production designer, owning both planning and execution
Produce and adapt assets across static, motion, and video for:
E-commerce
Paid media & social
Programmatic & display
In-store communication & POS
TVC & Online Video
Develop clear production and activation briefs
Maintain and manage a central production and delivery calendar
Work cross-functionally with marketing, commercial, media, and retail teams to plan and prioritize deliveries
Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines, technical specifications, and channel requirements
Manage timelines, approvals, and handovers to media and channel teams
Support creative testing, iteration, and performance improvements
Collaborate with external partners and suppliers when needed
You are a hands-on generalist who combines strong design skills with structured ownership and a pragmatic mindset. You likely:
Have 5+ years of experience in creative or marketing production
Have documented experience managing projects or production workflows
Are comfortable working hands-on in:
Adobe Creative Suite
Figma
After Effects (basic to solid motion skills required)
Papirfly
Understand creative formats and requirements across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and programmatic platforms
Have experience producing assets for high-volume environments (retail, e-commerce, or performance marketing is a strong advantage)
Are detail-oriented with a strong visual and aesthetic sense
Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders
Take ownership and move work forward without needing constant direction
Communicate clearly and collaborate well across teams
Thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change
Bonus if you have experience with:
In-store or POS production
Concept development
Project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Jira
Can communicate in a Nordic language. Not a requirement.
You are not a narrow specialist – you are comfortable working across formats and channels
You enjoy both execution and coordination
You care about quality, but you are also pragmatic and delivery-focused
You like creating structure, improving workflows, and making production run smoothly
You understand that great creative production is about both craft and speed
