Service Engineer - Navigation

Duties and responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for doing commissioning, service and warranty work on our high-tech SeaQ Navcom product package delivered to customers worldwide.

You will also participate and assist with in-house activities such as factory testing, reporting and technical assistance. This role requires a lot of traveling, and we are looking for someone who thrives in dynamic work environments, have the ability to make decisions, work independently and are service minded.

Qualifications

• Technical background/education (Technician Level / Bachelor / Master)
• Field Service / Site experience
• Good knowledge of products within following portfolio:
  Navigation electronics in general, including ECDIS, Auto Pilot, VDR - Annual Performance Test (APT), Conning

• Good oral and written presentation skills in Norwegian and English
