We are strengthening our Group Finance team and looking for a Group Financial Controller who wants real responsibility early, and the opportunity to grow fast in an international, tech-driven environment.
This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience in audit, accounting, or group reporting, who is ready to take the next step and develop into a key contributor within group finance.
You will work closely with a highly skilled and collaborative Group Finance team and interact with subsidiaries across multiple countries, gaining hands-on exposure to IFRS reporting, analytics, internal controls, and continuous process improvement.
What you will work on:
· Contributing to consolidated monthly reporting, annual reports, and statutory accounts
· Delivering financial analysis and insights to support decision-making across the business
· Supporting and improving internal controls, reporting processes, and automation initiatives
· Coordinating and quality-assuring financial reporting from international subsidiaries
· Preparing audit documentation and supporting both group and local audits
You will be involved in developing smarter, more efficient processes including digitalization and automation of reporting workflows and contribute to building a modern, forward-looking finance function.
This role gives you exposure across both Accounting and FP&A, providing a strong platform for further career development within group finance or broader finance leadership roles.
You will report to Vice President of Accounting and become part of a strong professional environment, not only within finance and accounting, but also alongside highly skilled colleagues across technology, operations, and other key disciplines within the organization.
Who are you?
We believe you are early in your career and ambitious and eager to grow.
You likely have:
· A master's degree in business, finance, auditing, or accounting
· 2-3 years of relevant experience (audit firm, accounting firm, or similar role)
· Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
· Knowledge of IFRS and financial statement preparation
· Professional fluency in English
