We are looking for 1–2 full-time Customer Service Representatives who will have main responsibility for handling all customer inquiries. Amundsen Sports is growing every day, and it is crucial for us to continue building strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
As a Customer Service Representative at Amundsen Sports, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. You will communicate with customers through our customer service platform and represent the brand through excellent customer service.
We are looking for a self-driven team player with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and enthusiasm that reflects our brand values through top-tier customer service.
You will be part of a customer service team working together to ensure customer satisfaction across all channels. The role involves working proactively to streamline the handling of customer inquiries and focusing on creating a seamless customer experience. You will gain a deep understanding of product flow and the customer journey through our systems and maintain ongoing dialogue with other departments regarding customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure customer satisfaction across all channels
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
Handle and follow up on all online orders and returns
Daily communication with our warehouses regarding delivery, and regular touchpoints with our Product Team regarding returns and claims
Maintain the office area
Welcome and assist office visitors
Various office-related and administrative tasks
Experience & Qualifications
Experience in customer service, support, and/or sales
A degree in sales, marketing or retail is preferred but not required
Strong IT and computer skills
Relevant work experience is an advantage
Completed primary education
Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
Personal Characteristics
Proactive and collaborative team player who can also work independently.
Organized and structured with the ability to focus and multitask.
Positive and solution-oriented mindset.
Professional attitude and enjoy a high pace of work in an entrepreneurial environment.
