Group HSEQ Coordinator

Duties and responsibilities
- Contribute to administration of systems supporting HSEQ Management in VARD.
- Support HSEQ awareness, aligned processes, and continuous improvement across Vard Group
- Assist in coordinating and following up relevant requirements and improvement initiatives related to sustainable, safe and responsible operations.
- Act as superuser/admin for HSEQ related IT systems
- Perform maintenance and updating of the Management System in alignment with ISO standards
- Follow up on nonconformities and suggested improvements in incident management system
- Perform maintenance of the chemical substance catalog.
- Cooperate with chemical forum and safety delegates to ensure that the safety data sheets correspond to the actual conditions at the locatio
- Support maintenance, follow up, training and exercises in Emergency Response System.
- Support management, line and project organization with risk assessments, safety walks, quality improvements and campaigns, processes/routines.
- Contribute to performing Internal audit at HQ and Norwegian yards.
- Prepare and improve HSEQ and Sustainability reports and statistics for the
- On-site training of employees in HSE and Quality tools.
- Member of HSEQ related fora.
- Assist with matters related to HSE, internal control and quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HSE, Quality and Sustainability work or equivalent.
- Good IT skills.
- Knowledge and interest in HSE, Quality and Sustainability.
- Experience from industrial companies is an advantage, but graduates are also encouraged to apply.
