Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Head of Sales - new business to accelerate our growth across prioritized verticals and core markets. This role sits on the Commercial Leadership Team and plays a critical part in shaping our go-to-market approach while also being hands-on in driving pipeline, executing outbound motions, and closing deals.
You will lead a growing team and take ownership of designing and implementing a scalable, datadriven outbound strategy focused on four key verticals:
Media & Entertainment
Manufacturing
Law Enforcement & Defense, Healthcare
GLAMs
You will focus on generating new opportunities in our core geographies: Nordics, the UK, and DACH.
This is a role for a leader who thrives on both strategy and execution — someone who can build a repeatable engine, inspire a team, and still enjoy owning and advancing their own sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and own the global new logo acquisition strategy, aligning closely with the CCO and Commercial Leadership Team
Develop a scalable outbound engine, including segmentation, ICP refinement, persona development, playbooks, sequences, and outreach frameworks
Partner with Vertical Owners to shape targeted gotomarket motions, content, and campaigns
Personally manage a portion of the new business pipeline with clear weekly activity and revenue targets
Execute outbound outreach in priority markets and verticals, leveraging accountbased strategies where relevant
Monitor pipeline velocity, conversion metrics, and outbound and inbound performance — and act on insights quickly
Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales executives
Recruit and scale the team as the organiszation and pipeline grow.
Work closely with the Partner Manager, KAMs and Vertical owner to align outbound strategy
Partner with Marketing on inbound lead follow-up strategy
Improve outbound cadences, playbooks, and automation to maximize efficiency
Ensure high CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and transparent reporting
You are both a strategic leader and a strong executor. You combine sharp GTM thinking with a hands-on approach and the discipline to scale what works. You’re comfortable leading a team, owning revenue, and building a world-class sales engine.
We are looking for the following experiences and qualifications:
7+ years in B2B SaaS sales with proven success driving new logo acquisition
Experience leading and scaling a sales or business development team
Strong outbound and inbound and pipeline creation expertise
Experience working across multiple verticals or with complex enterprise stakeholders
A structured, analytical, and metrics driven approach to sales
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Partners, and Customer Success
High level of drive, curiosity, and a willingness to test, learn, and iterate
