Service Process Coordinator

What you will be doing

• Control service projects including screening, follow-up and invoicing
• Follow up aftermarket opportunities
• Collaboration between departments for efficient handling and finalizing projects.
• Internal briefs to guarantee updated systems and satisfied customers
• Additional responsibilities that may arise as needed

We think you should have

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or similar.  Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education
• Experience with CRM- and ERP systems is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
