Customer Success Consultant

At EG Maintenance, we help our customers ensure safe and efficient operations through a modern, user-friendly maintenance management system.
We are looking for a Customer Success Consultant to join our Customer Success team in Tønsberg. You will work closely with experienced colleagues who share practical insights from the field and take pride in helping customers succeed.
We prefer that you work mainly from the office, but for the right candidate, flexible arrangements can be considered.
Your role: Make a real difference for our customers
As a Customer Success Consultant, you are the link between our customers and our system. You support customers from onboarding and throughout their daily use, ensuring that the solution works well in practice.
Much of the role involves being available to customers, listening to their needs, and providing reliable, high-quality support. You use your experience to explain, guide, and find solutions that actually work in everyday operations.
Your tasks will include:
Helping customers adopt the system in a way that creates smooth daily workflows
Answering questions and following up on customer inquiries
Onboarding new customers
Providing training, both digitally and on-site
Supporting customers throughout the entire customer journey
Contributing to seminars, webinars, and customer events
Creating and maintaining simple user guides and documentation
Some travel should be expected in relation to customer support and on-site training.
Your profile: Practical experience meets customer focus

Have solid hands-on experience in maintenance or technical operations
Are service-minded and enjoy helping and supporting customers
Understand how maintenance systems are used in daily operations
Are curious, structured, and solution-oriented
Are comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems
You are motivated to explore emerging AI trends and integrate relevant insights into daily work
Language requirements
As this role involves daily customer dialogue in Norwegian, candidates must be fluent in Norwegian, both written and spoken. A good level of English is also required, as English is used internally.
