Sales & Growth Manager – Leading Proptech Company, Oslo
About Visuado
Visuado is a proptech company building interactive, real-time 3D visualization solutions for the real estate industry. We transform BIM and 3D data into web-based experiences such as apartment selectors, interactive 360 tours, and visual sales platforms, used by leading real estate developers across the Nordics. We are a small, experienced team that values ownership, learning, and execution, working closely across sales, product, and leadership with short decision paths and a strong bias toward action.
We are now strengthening our commercial team and are looking for a proactive Sales & Growth Manager to help scale adoption of Visuado’s solutions across new and existing markets.
Role & Responsibilities
As Sales & Growth Manager at Visuado, you will play a central role in driving commercial growth, working closely with leadership and the product team. The role includes:
Owning and driving the full sales cycle – from outbound prospecting to closed deals
Identifying, segmenting, and prioritizing target markets and customer segments
Proactive outbound sales using modern GTM tools (video, automation, enrichment, CRM)
Engaging decision-makers at real estate developers, agencies, and partners
Clearly articulating Visuado’s value proposition across product, UX, and commercial value
Building and maintaining a structured pipeline and forecasting sales performance
Collaborating with product and delivery teams to ensure strong customer outcomes
Contributing to go-to-market strategy, pricing input, and commercial positioning
Language Requirements
Fluency in Norwegian or Swedish, as well as English, is required (written and spoken)
Location & Travel
This role is based at our Oslo office, with regular in-office presence required
The role requires flexibility for travel, primarily within the Nordics and Europe
Desired Background
We value commercial judgment, structure, and drive over formalities. However, we value experience in:
Experience in B2B sales, growth, or business development
Hands-on experience with modern GTM and sales tools such as Loom, Clay, HubSpot, or similar
Strong understanding of market segmentation, ICP definition, and value-based selling
Comfort with outbound-driven sales and proactive pipeline generation
Experience selling to enterprise customers
Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but curiosity, learning velocity, and commercial judgment are more important
