As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to help drive excellence, structure, and scalability within our SMB sales organisation in Norway.
What you’ll be doing
As Sales Operations Manager, you’ll play a central role in improving how our SMB Sales team operates, scales, and delivers impact. You’ll report to Cecilie Moseng, Head of Restaurants, and collaborate tightly with the sales team and multiple local and global stakeholders to ensure we meet our strategic objectives in the Norwegian market.
This role combines project management, analytics, process development, and stakeholder collaboration. You’ll lead key initiatives across launches and expansions, provide decision support to sales leadership, and ensure we have strong tools, data, and processes to support best-in-class sales execution.
Your day-to-day will include
Leading project management for city launches, expansions, and major commercial initiatives
Driving market and competitive insights to support selection and go-to-market decisions
Owning dashboards and performance tracking across selection, operations, and customer KPIs
Coordinating cross-functional execution, removing blockers, and ensuring high-quality delivery
Providing analytical support for strategic, budget, and headcount planning
Supporting Sales Team Leads with data-driven operational insights and decision support
Monitoring selection performance, identifying gaps, and supporting portfolio development
Owning merchant support processes, including contracts, renewals, and amendments
Ensuring SLA compliance and acting as the operational link between Sales, Onboarding, and Account Management
Driving CRM excellence, data quality, and selection intelligence in collaboration with global teams
Supporting training, change management, and implementation of new tools and processes
Our humble expectations
3–5 years of experience in consulting, operations, project management, sales operations, or similar roles
Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
Strong ability to structure processes, analyse data, and turn insights into action
Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Pipedrive
Strong skills in Excel, dashboarding tools, and analytical environments
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
Experience working in matrix organisations
Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English
