Coffee Shop / Bakery Team Member

Racoon Coffee is a down to earth and charming shop in the heart of Ålesund.

We bake from scratch 7 days a week and offer breakfast, lunch, bakery and quality barista drinks.

Our team members often work in several areas of the shop, the days are often varied and fast paced.

With expected growth in 2026 we are again looking to grow our team.

We are hiring Part time and full time employees with different levels of skills and experience.

We will be hiring several different positions

Part time and Full time Bakers (4-12.00 rotating days Monday-Sunday)

General Coffee Shop Employee - Barista work, cleaning, cash register, some food preparation,opening and closing shop (can also work in baking and as a general employee)

Some student positions for after school and weekends.

We expect to double our business during the next few years, for the right candidates there can be possibility to move into leadership roles in the future.
