Senior Operation & Maintenance Engineer

Head Energy is looking for a skilled/experienced Senior Operation & Maintenance Engineer

Job Description:

• The project is modification of an existing onshore LNG plant and has two main parts:
• Maintaining the plateau production by installing a new Feed Gas Compressor Module
  Electrification and install new Electrode Steam Boilers to the existing LNG plant
• Your role in the project will be as a Senior Operation & Maintenance Engineer and report to the System Engineering Manager. The majority of detailed design work is now completed, and the project has focus on integration and follow-on activities.
• Your responsibility will be to review System and Operation documents (SO) written by a 3rd party. You shall arrange workshops for review of the documents and work closely with the Company's Operation organisation as well as 3rd party.
• These SO documents are written in Norwegian.
• SO documents are not only for Process Systems on the LNG plant, but mainly also for other disciplines systems (Safety, Automation, Telecom, Electrical and HVAC).
• Plan for and organize together with Client/3rd party for trainings sessions for all deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant working experience as required
• Operational experience from offshore and/or onshore facilities
• General understanding of the Hammerfest LNG Plant
• Strong competence in operating procedures
• Background as Process Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Process Operator or Field Operator with hands-on operational experience
• Multidisciplinary knowledge (Electrical, Automation, Safety, HVAC)

Personal traits:

• Good coordination skills
• Good communication skills
• Strong focus on quality and on-time delivery
• Fluency in Norwegian, both oral and written
