We are looking for a Operation & Maintenance/Senior Engineer

Job Description

• The project is modification of an existing onshore LNG plant and has two main parts
• Maintaining the plateau production by installing a new Feed Gas Compressor Module
• Electrification and installation of new Electrode Steam Boilers to the existing project LNG plant
• The role is Senior Operation & Maintenance Engineer, reporting to the System Engineering Manager
• Majority of detailed design work is completed, with current focus on integration and follow-on activities
• Review of System and Operation (SO) documents prepared by a 3rd party
• Arrange and facilitate workshops for document reviews
• Close collaboration with the client's Operations organisation and 3rd party
• SO documents are written in Norwegian
• SO documents cover not only Process Systems, but also Safety, Automation, Telecom, Electrical and HVAC
• Plan and organize training sessions together with client and 3rd party for all deliverables

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant working experience
• Operational experience from offshore and/or onshore facilities
• General understanding of the Hammerfest LNG Plant
• Strong competence in operating procedures
• Background as Process Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Process Operator or Field Operator with hands-on operational experience
• Multidisciplinary knowledge within Electrical, Automation, Safety and HVAC
• Good coordination skills
• Good communication skills
• Strong focus on quality and on-time delivery

• Fluency in Norwegian, both oral and written
