Ytri Island Retreat is a high-end destination located in the breathtaking Træna archipelago, far out at sea on the Norwegian coast.
With 38 exclusive rooms, a Michelin-ambitious restaurant, sauna facilities, a greenhouse and a private marina, we aim to deliver world-class experiences rooted in nature, authenticity, and the unique atmosphere of the Arctic seascape. 

We are now seeking dedicated and service-minded Night Receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

As Night Receptionist, you are responsible for the hotel during the night and ensure a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for our guests.
Your responsibilities will include:

Staffing the reception desk during night hours
Handling late check-ins and early check-outs when required
Assisting guests with requests, questions, or unexpected situations
Monitoring the property through security and safety rounds
Handling minor administrative tasks and nightly reporting
Preparing for the morning shift
Ensuring calm, order, and safety throughout the hotel

Kvalifikasjoner

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience from hotel reception, hospitality, or a similar service role
Speaks and writes English fluently (Norwegian is an advantage, but not required)
Is comfortable working independently and taking responsibility
Has basic IT skills (reservation systems, email, reporting)
Is at least 18 years old
Previous experience with night shifts is an advantage, but not a requirement.
