This position will play a pivotal role in this journey. The position sits at the core of the transition of the steering gear and rudder business to Neuver Maritime and carries full commercial responsibility for driving growth across South Europe. Key Account Manager South Europe
We are seeking a dynamic, network focused, out-going and results-oriented individual to take on the role of Key Account Manager South Europe. This position demands regional leadership in one of the world's most important maritime areas, with hands-on responsibility for driving new & lifecycle sales and delivering exceptional customer service across Sothern Europe.
As Key Account Manager South Europe, you will:
Drive lifecycle sales towards the South-European market, focusing mainly on the ship owners.
Delivering alignment with global sales and strategic objectives while driving financial performance, operational excellence, and regional business growth.
Develop and implement tailored lifecycle sales strategies to address market needs, focusing on new installations, aftermarket growth, and long-term service agreements to support sustainable success.
Be a proactive member of the European sales team, contributing to portfolio-wide growth
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders across the region, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty throughout the lifecycle of Neuver Maritime’s products.
Monitor market trends, customer dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and ensure Neuver Maritime remains a trusted and competitive partner.
Represent Neuver Maritime as a trusted ambassador in Europe, reinforcing the company’s reputation for quality, reliability, and service excellence.
Ensure compliance with contracting standards, financial controls, and Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) regulations, upholding ethical business practices and supporting sustainable growth.
Your Profile
Proven track record in sales and business development, ideally within the maritime or industrial sectors, but not an absolute requirement
Experience in lifecycle sales or aftermarket services is an advantage.
Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
A proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset.
Passionate about building new customer relationships through prospecting and outreach
Enjoys travelling and thrives in customer-facing environments
Fluent in English; additional Southern European languages are an advantage.
As Key Account Manager South Europe, you will report directly to the Sales Director Europe.
Work Location
Location is flexible, preferably within Southern Europe. It is not limited to our office locations and can be performed remotely.
