We are looking for a Piping Supervisor

Responsibilities and tasks:• Lead and coordinate projects, including planning, execution, and follow-up.• Ensure all activities are organized and carried out safely, with high professional quality, and in accordance with contracts and current procedures.• Contribute to continuous improvement of work processes, competence, and quality to ensure safe and cost-efficient project execution.• Ensure effective communication within the team and externally with clients and partners.• Follow up on projects to ensure work is performed according to plans and priorities.• Promote a strong HSE culture and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain quality and safety throughout the projects.

Required qualifications:• Relevant industry competence.• Minimum 10 years of relevant trade experience.• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.• Solid understanding of quality assurance and HSE.• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage a team.• Good written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian or English.

Preferred qualifications:• Trade certificate in plate work or piping.• Extensive relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal qualifications.• Necessary training and courses will be provided as needed.
