We are looking for a temporary Procurement and Sourcing Buyer, with opportunity for permanent conversion, to manage quality, delivery, and cost.
The role includes driving supplier improvements in quality and manufacturing processes for both new and mass production.

Key responsibilities :

• Manage purchase orders end-to-end, from placement to delivery, including inventory management

• Ensure effective supplier communication to support production and delivery

• Drive cost reduction initiatives in coordination with suppliers

Competence and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field is preferred

• Experience in a mechanical or manufacturing environment, including purchasing and supplier negotiations with documented results

• Target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement

• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and align management

• Strong knowledge of purchasing and development with solid project management skills

• High personal integrity and strict compliance with HDCE Norway’s Code of Conduct

• Proficient in using Office 365 and Power Apps
