As Aker Solutions’ global recruitment partner, NES Advantage is now looking for an ISO Coordinator with experience from onshore or offshore projects.

The project is located in Bergen.

Aker Solutions take care of energy assets in a Life Cycle perspective. From the start to end of production Aker Solutions ensures safe operations, optimizes field utilization, and enables field life-extensions. We do business development and execute modifications and maintenance projects. There is a global trend towards decarbonization, and we aim to help our customers to decarbonize their operations and measure their emissions to manage them more efficiently, for instance by delivering brownfield electrification of existing offshore facilities. Now we explore opportunities in the aftermarket for renewables, to deliver offshore maintenance for the renewable sector when the market is ready. Aker Solutions employs approximately 11,000 people in more than 20 countries.

What will you be doing?

• Coordinate and follow up work preparation engineers from ISO subcontractors (insulation, scaffolding, surface protection)

• Motivate and drive external subcontractors to secure on‑time deliveries

• Control and verify insulation material orders

• Establish execution strategy and plans for insulation, scaffolding and surface treatment

• Plan inspections for insulation and surface treatment on piping, structural elements and equipment packages

• Maintain an overview of insulation and surface work to be installed at the fabrication yard

• Handle deviations in collaboration with the group lead

• Respond to site queries and related follow‑ups

We think you should have:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience from oil & gas development projects

• Strong knowledge of insulation and surface protection

• General understanding of work preparation processes

• Ability to coordinate and follow up subcontractors

• BSc engineering degree, or trade certificate with higher professional degree (fagskole)

• Offshore courses are an advantage

• Fluent in Norwegian and English
