We are looking for Senior Engineers – EITA - Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecom and Automation.

Join our engineering team and bring your expertise to projects that shape the future of energy. These roles provide the chance to work on innovative solutions within renewable energy and oil & gas, contributing across all phases—from early studies to full execution.

As a Senior Engineer, you will take responsibility for system design and follow-up within your discipline, prepare technical specifications, and manage equipment packages. You will ensure compliance with client requirements, coordinate supplier documentation, and participate in testing activities such as FAT. Collaboration across disciplines, suppliers, and clients is essential, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Electrical Engineering Design and follow up electrical systems, perform FEBDOK calculations, and ensure technical compliance throughout project phases.

Instrumentation Engineering Design and follow up instrumentation systems, prepare technical requisitions, and ensure accurate supplier documentation and testing.

Telecom Engineering Design and follow up telecom systems, manage technical specifications, and coordinate supplier activities to meet project requirements.

Automation Engineering Develop and integrate safety automation systems (SAS), prepare functional descriptions and control documentation, and oversee system implementation.

Qualifications:

• Technical college, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in a relevant field

• Trade certificate is an advantage

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken (Norwegian is an advantage)
