Your mission? 🚀

As our Junior Strategic Finance Analyst you’ll be part of the Strategic Finance Scandinavia team, working closely with experienced finance professionals and key stakeholders across the organization. You’ll contribute to financial analysis, reporting, and improvement initiatives that support better decision-making and long-term value creation. This role gives you hands-on experience in a modern, data-driven finance function, with exposure to everything from performance analysis to automation, reporting, and strategic projects.

💡 Your key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Analyzing financial performance and identifying improvement opportunities (e.g. profitability, customers, and products)

• Developing new tools and processes to automate workflows and increase efficiency within finance and the wider business

• Supporting financial closing processes and reporting to management and owners

• Assisting with ongoing processes and strategic projects as needed (e.g. M&A activities or new tool implementations)

This is a fixed-term, full-time position. The role is planned to start around May and continue through the end of September, with an option to take a few weeks break during the summer holiday season. There could also be an opportunity to start earlier or extend with a part-time position outside of the main internship period. You’ll be based at our Oslo office, working in a flexible hybrid model. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, strategy, and technology in a growing Nordic software company. You’ll gain real responsibility, build valuable skills, and see how financial insights directly influence business decisions, all while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

⌛ Internship period: May – September. The work schedule will be arranged according to the student’s preference and availability, based on their academic schedule, with the possibility to start earlier or extend with a part-time position outside of the main internship period.

💵 Salary: 30,000 NOK / month

We’re looking for a curious and analytical student or early-career finance professional ready to make an impact on our Strategic Finance initiatives. To succeed in this position:

• You have a relevant study background (business, finance, computer science, industrial engineering, or similar)

• You have strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail

• You have financial acumen and understand key financial metrics and concepts

• You are fluent in professional English

• You are structured, proactive, and eager to learn

What’s considered a plus (but not required):

• Experience with or interest in AI tools and workflow automation

• Norwegian language skills
