We need to look at the skills gap, the communication, learning and change management needed to get everyone on board.
Our strategy is to enable all employees with GenAI capabilities/tools, and it consists of a mix of different capabilities/tools.
In Telenor Shared Services, The Enterprise IT tribe is responsible for common internal tools and hardware/software used by all colleagues in Telenor, for example laptops, video conferencing equipment, collaboration-, productivity- and communication tools, identity and access management, infrastructure and network to ensure secure and stable services and connectivity.
The Collaboration Squad in Enterprise IT domain is the driving force behind successful implementation and adoption of Generative AI tools for all employees in our Nordic business units.
About the role
We are looking for an engaged and knowledgeable professional to play a key role in our initiative around generative AI, including Microsoft 365 Copilot. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding of new users, developing and delivering training programs and providing ongoing support and guidance. The role also includes building and maintaining a use case repository to make it easy to share and reuse best practices and examples of how Generative AI create value across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan and execute onboarding processes for new users
· Developing tool training materials, courses and workshops (both digital and in-person)
· Provide user support and guidance, including support clinics and Q&A sessions
· Establish and maintain a use case repository for Generative AI through knowledge sharing platforms
· Identify and document new (high impact) use cases that can streamline work processes
· Facilitate sharing of use cases and best practices across user groups to maximize business value
· Collaborate with business units, IT and security teams to ensure adoption of new ways of working, compliance and safe use of AI tools
· Help teams embed AI into workflows (i.e. document automation, meeting productivity etc)
· Collect and analyse feedback from users to improve onboarding and training
· Stay updated on new features and AI trends
Desired skills and experience
· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Communication or related field
· Solid experience with the Microsoft 365 platform, especially Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Copilot (certifications are an advantage)
· Technical experience with M365 tenant administration is a plus, especially user management and license handling
· Strong understanding of Generative AI and how it can be applied to improve workflows (additional AI-related certifications are a plus)
· Experience in training and user support, preferably for digital tools, including comfort with creating engaging content (videos, guides, presentations)
· Experience with content structuring and documentation
· Pedagogical skills and ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple and engaging way
· Structured, service-oriented and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
· Knowledge about Agentic AI concepts and their potential in enterprise workflows is a plus
· Familiarity and practical knowledge with Power Platform, Copilot Studio and automation concepts is an advantage.
· Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and oral
