TOMRA Reuse is looking for a Technical Product Manager who will take ownership of our solutions from concept to market launch. In this role, you will ensure technical excellence, support markets, and enable product rollouts through collaboration and clear communication.
You’ll be part of a small, agile team organized as a corporate startup—offering freedom, minimal bureaucracy, and varied responsibilities. Your contribution will be key to our success as we scale reuse globally.
Key responsibilites:
Take technical ownership of hardware and software solutions
Verify and ensure quality and performance of delivered solutions
Drive technical market introduction and launch of new products
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and communication
Furter more you will provide technical support to markets and train local service technicians, manage change requests to continuously improve solutions, and contribute to product development from initial idea through to launch.
What you might have done:
We do believe you are an engineer that easily finds self-motivation, is curious, and always looking for solutions. As we are a small team, (still!) so we need you to be a team player that can move and drive decisions together with others, but also independently.
Furter more:
Relevant bachelor or master degree
Strong communication skills and fluent in English
Solid experience with troubleshooting technical problems, especially within software and mechatronics
Practical and handy with problem-solving skills
