MC/Commissioning Engineer

We are looking for skilled MC/Commissioning Engineers to join our team in Stavanger or Bergen. This is a great opportunity to work across diverse energy projects and take part in both onshore and offshore activities in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
About the position
Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strategies, boundary documents, define commissioning packages and procedures, define MC scope and create MC documents in work packages, preparing documentation for FAT, and participating in FAT when required. You will also follow up work offshore, contribute to punch management, and support installation activities in accordance with work packages. This role offers the chance to work in a varied and technical environment where collaboration and precision are essential.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Technical College education within EIT disciplines, piping/mechanical, or HVAC
Trade certificate with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of MC and Commissioning processes, including use of digital handover tools
Valid or willingness to obtain GSK and offshore health certificate
Resident in (or willing to relocate to) Stavanger or Bergen, to work a normal weekday schedule
Personal qualities
Flexible, open-minded, responsible, and forward‑thinking
Strong focus on HSE in daily work
Good communication skills in both Norwegian and English
Loyal, solution‑oriented, and supportive
Enjoys working in project teams and building strong professional relationships
