At Noteless, we're transforming how healthcare professionals work. Our AI-powered platform captures medical conversations and turns them into structured documentation, reducing administrative burden by up to two hours per day and freeing clinicians to focus on patient care.

We're looking for a Data Lead to take ownership of how data is built, visualized, and used across the company. You'll build the data foundation with your own hands while leading the organization toward genuinely data-driven decision-making.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role. You'll design and build pipelines, models, and dashboards yourself, while also acting as the internal champion for data, helping teams ask better questions and turn insights into action.

You'll work across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations, close enough to the problems to understand context, senior enough to influence strategy.

As we grow, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead a data team.

What You'll Do

Build the foundation

• Design and maintain data pipelines and integrations

• Own data quality, definitions, and modeling

• Create dashboards that make complex data easy to act on

Drive decisions

• Define and track key metrics across product, growth, and company performance

• Support teams and leadership with analysis that informs priorities

• Be the person others come to when they need to understand what's happening and why

Enable experimentation

• Partner with Product and Marketing to design and measure A/B tests

• Track outcomes and ensure learnings lead to follow-up action

What We're Looking For

You're a pragmatic, curious, impact-driven data professional who enjoys both building systems and influencing how they're used. You're comfortable with ambiguity, not afraid to get your hands dirty, and motivated by seeing data actually change decisions.

You bring:

• Strong experience across data engineering, analytics, and infrastructure

• Hands-on skills in building pipelines, tracking, and integrations

• Experience with dashboards, visualization, and data storytelling

• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical people

• Professional English (Norwegian is a plus)

Bonus points for:

• Experience as a data lead

• Background in product or growth analytics

• Experience with experimentation frameworks

• Interest in healthcare or mission-driven products
