Engineering Manager

We’re now looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Product Platform area. A role focused on people leadership, engineering craft, and building healthy, high-performing teams that enable great products.

What you’ll work on

• Lead and grow engineers through 1:1s, coaching, feedback, and career development.

• Build healthy teams with strong collaboration, psychological safety, and clear expectations.

• Help teams deliver reliably by removing obstacles and improving how work flows end-to-end.

• Strengthen engineering craft by applying Aller Media Tech’s engineering principles and good practices and enabling shared learning across teams.

• Evolve ways of working and tooling that support product teams across the area.

• Work closely across disciplines to create clarity, momentum, and strong collaboration.

• Support hiring and other people-related initiatives when needed (employer branding, career model, etc.).

You will partner closely with Product to enable sound technical decisions, facilitate shared understanding across teams, and ensure engineering principles are applied in daily work. You have demonstrated experience leading and coaching engineers.

Experience with people leadership is considered an advantage.

Where will you be located?

Your office location is either Stockholm, Oslo, or Copenhagen.

Regardless of office affiliation, occasional travel will be required to collaborate with people across Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Norway. The team has an office-first policy with flexibility.
