As a Product Owner for our Cube Control software, you will play a key role in shaping the Cube Control software stack that powers AutoStore systems in customer warehouses, working closely with multiple stakeholders across product and engineering. This software controls and coordinates the operations of the our grid, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact on system performance, reliability, and scalability worldwide.
You will work closely with multiple development teams, translating stakeholder needs into clear priorities, driving quarterly roadmaps with Product Management, and ensuring smooth execution across teams. The role combines product ownership, stakeholder alignment, and iterative delivery, giving you a central role in shaping the future of our automated warehouse solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the product backlog for Cube Control software, ensuring features, enhancements, and technical improvements are clearly defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
Gather input and requirements from internal and external stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Collaborate closely with Product Management and Project Managers to align roadmap priorities, quarterly plans, and delivery objectives across multiple software teams.
Coordinate cross-team dependencies and ensure alignment across teams contributing to the shared product suite.
Monitor progress against quarterly objectives, communicate status, risks, and trade-offs to leadership and stakeholders, and adjust priorities as needed to maximize value.
Job Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within a software development environment.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and other tools to manage backlogs, roadmaps, and track delivery.
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and iterative development practices.
Proven experience working with multiple development teams simultaneously, delivering complex software products or suites.
Excellent ability to write clear, actionable user stories, manage multiple stakeholders, balance competing priorities, and drive alignment across teams.
